Hartford HealthCare is seeking a talented and compassionate Psychiatric Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LPCA, LMFTA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide outpatient behavioral health therapy services under the clinical direction of the Department of Psychiatry Medical Director. Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations of adult patients and provide treatment recommendations
• Facilitate psychodynamic therapy, CBT, recovery skills, and emotional regulation groups
• Collaborate with case managers and RNs to support therapeutic work

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or M.S. in Counseling
• Current State of Connecticut licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
