• Shift Details: Monday 10-6:30, Tuesday-Friday 8-4:30, 1 WFH day per week

Job Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric evaluations of inpatient patients to determine mental health and substance abuse care needs
• Provide direct clinical psychosocial therapy to patients through individual, group, and family therapies
• Assess the age-specific needs of each patient and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required
• Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Connecticut
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in documentation and computer skills
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment
• Bilingual in Spanish or Polish is preferred
• Knowledge of EPIC is a plus
