As a Psychiatric Clinician, you will be responsible for the assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of outpatient behavioral health therapy services. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, collaborating with other clinicians and physicians to provide the best care to our patients.

• Job Shift: Shift 1
• Shift Details: 28 hours, 1st shift with split of hours in our Torrington Behavioral Health and Winsted BH Office

Responsibilities:

• Join an established interdisciplinary team that provides clinical supervision, weekly clinical team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations of adult patients, including diagnosis, risk assessments, outcome measure tools, and treatment recommendations.
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy, utilizing evidenced-based practices.
• Collaborate with case managers and RNs to support therapeutic work.
• Actively participate in career development and advancement opportunities within the organization.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• Current State of Connecticut licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting.
