Job Description

As a Nurse Supervisor, you will supervise all nursing operations, ensure the quality of patient care, and assist in the development and implementation of patient-care programs. You will play a vital role in assessing, evaluating, and meeting the needs of our patients during their stay with us.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all nursing operations and employee activities
• Develop and implement patient-care programs, policies, and procedures
• Ensure the proper assessment, evaluation, and meeting of patients' needs
• Promote an inclusive and diverse culture

Requirements

• Current RN licensure required
• BLS certification (ACLS certification within one year of hire)
• CRRN certification (obtained within one year of meeting eligibility requirements)
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
