Hartford HealthCare, the largest and most comprehensive healthcare system in Connecticut, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Endocrinology team in Norwich, CT. In this role, you will collaborate with a high-functioning team of providers to provide exceptional care to patients with complex endocrinology disorders, with a special focus on diabetes.

As an advanced practice provider in our Endocrinology department, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and benefit from mentorship programs and comprehensive onboarding. You will have access to tailored EPIC templates for endocrinology, dedicated administrative time, and a daytime schedule with no weekends or holidays. You will spend 90% of your time in the outpatient department and 10% performing diabetes consults at Backus Hospital. Our program serves a diverse population with a wide range of complex endocrine disorders, and we take a team approach to diabetes, wellness, and prevention.
