Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals
- Administer individual and group therapy sessions
- Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations
- Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions
- Provide patients with information about community resources and therapeutic activities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate treatment and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Connecticut licensure in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, Psychologist, or RN required
- Bachelor's Degree required for RN position; Master's Degree in a mental health-related field required for all others
- Previous experience in behavioral health strongly preferred for Registered Nurses
