Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals
  • Administer individual and group therapy sessions
  • Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations
  • Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions
  • Provide patients with information about community resources and therapeutic activities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate treatment and discharge planning

Qualifications

  • Connecticut licensure in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, Psychologist, or RN required
  • Bachelor's Degree required for RN position; Master's Degree in a mental health-related field required for all others
  • Previous experience in behavioral health strongly preferred for Registered Nurses
