About the Adolescent Residential Behavioral Health Program:

The Adolescent Residential Behavioral Health program at Hartford HealthCare offers specialized treatment and care for adolescents with identified behavioral health needs. Our evidence-based treatment modalities are carried out in individual, group, and family settings, providing comprehensive support for our residents. We are committed to empowering these adolescents and helping them find their way to recovery and a brighter future.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy
• Perform case management services
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and staff in the absence of Director of Social Work and Program Director
• Perform administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience working with a mental health and/or chemical dependency population
• Master's degree in social work or a related field
• Connecticut licensure required within 2 years of hire
• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist preferred
• Valid driver's license required based on program
• Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills required
