Responsibilities

  • Provide direct client care using individual, couple, group, and family therapy tailored to each client's needs
  • Prepare medical documentation to meet regulatory requirements
  • Assess and plan care by evaluating the psychiatric and psychosocial needs of the client
  • Educate and refer clients to appropriate levels of care and resources
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide integrated healthcare delivery
  • Participate in administrative activities and seek opportunities for self-improvement

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Three years' experience providing direct services to psychiatric patients and substance use population
  • Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, individual/group therapy, and crisis intervention
  • Active CT LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LADC license
  • Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) required for Latino Program
