Subway Geelong West is seeking a dedicated Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store. As the Subway Manager, you will be responsible for various tasks including determining promotions, managing stock levels, setting prices, and ensuring exceptional service. Your role will also involve creating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, maintaining financial records, discussing business strategies with the head office, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to hire and train staff while fostering a positive work environment and focusing on team building.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Subway Geelong West
  • Set prices, determine promotions, and manage stock levels
  • Develop and implement purchasing and marketing policies
  • Maintain financial records and manage transactions
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Recruit, hire, and train employees
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote team building

Requirements

  • Previous experience at Subway in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Energetic, positive, and hardworking attitude
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Valid driver's license
