About Ninja Parc

Ninja Parc is an indoor play centre with a difference. We are focused on making physical activity fun and accessible for all ages. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and financial success of Ninja Parc Fyshwick.

Key Accountabilities

  • Achieve Ninja Parc Fyshwick's financial targets
  • Uphold safe work practices
  • Maintain high standards in all areas
  • Develop and mentor Ninja Parc Fyshwick team members
  • Implement local area marketing plans

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in leading and inspiring a team
  • Strong rostering and recruitment skills
  • Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets
  • Commitment to upholding high standards
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Proactive attitude in all areas
  • Working with children check
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • National Police Check

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience in play centre or sports centre operations
  • Background in cafe operations
  • Previous experience working with younger staff members
  • Management certification or qualification
  • Familiarity with ninja or obstacle sports
  • Financial management experience
