Subway - Shamim Group is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Subway Manager in Clayton South. As a Subway Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Subway outlet. Your tasks will include determining special promotions, managing stock levels, setting service standards, implementing purchasing policies, and setting prices based on market trends. You will also be in charge of promoting the establishment's goods and services, managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Discuss business strategies with the head office
  • Train and supervise employees on business standards and policies
  • Analyse the Weekly Sales & Inventory Report to enhance business performance
  • Promote a high level of customer service among staff
  • Manage cash balances and minimize wastage

Requirements:

  • Positive, energetic, and hardworking attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Strong team-building and ability to work under pressure
  • Driver's license required
  • Successful applicants must provide a police check report
