In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our group-wide digital transformation objectives and ensuring our continued success.

Responsibilities

• Organize, implement, and maintain programme initiatives to drive digital transformation across our Adelaide and New Zealand sites.
• Monitor and manage multiple interconnected projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate and leverage cross-project activities to maximize efficiency.
• Apply change, risk, and resource management principles to achieve goals.
• Recruit and manage project management teams as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager, with a strong understanding of project/programme management techniques and methods.
• Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of program/project management software (AzureDev Ops, MS Project, etc.) is highly regarded.
