Join our dynamic team at Subway Notting Hill located at 350 Ferntree Gully Road, Nottinghill 3168. As a Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Subway outlet. This includes setting service standards, managing stock levels, and implementing marketing strategies. You will work closely with the head office to discuss business strategies, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage financial transactions. Additionally, you will recruit and train staff, fostering a team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine special promotions and prices based on market trends
  • Maintain stock records and oversee financial transactions
  • Hire and train employees according to business standards
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Positive, energetic, and hardworking attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Team-building abilities and capability to work under pressure
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • Successful applicants must provide a police check report
