This includes setting service standards, managing stock levels, and implementing marketing strategies. You will work closely with the head office to discuss business strategies, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage financial transactions. Additionally, you will recruit and train staff, fostering a team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Determine special promotions and prices based on market trends
• Maintain stock records and oversee financial transactions
• Hire and train employees according to business standards

Requirements:
