As a Cluster Manager at Pillow Talk based in Belrose, you will partner with Store Managers across 3 Sydney stores, nurturing and supporting their growth. You will review performance, collaborate on action plans, and create personalized experiences for customers and employees. Your role includes coaching the team in brand communication, enhancing in-store passion, and aligning efforts with business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple store locations and support Store Managers
• Review store performance and formulate action plans
• Foster a high-engagement culture and ensure revenue growth

Requirements:

• Experience in multi-site management
• Proven track record in achieving revenue targets
• Strong inventory management and visual display skills
• Passion for consultative selling
