We are excited to welcome a new Assistant Manager to our team at Subway Mount Evelyn in Victoria. As part of our vibrant group, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations, employee development, and ensuring compliance with Subway® standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Work daytime shifts to oversee daily operations
  • Train and mentor team members according to Subway® training guidelines
  • Manage stock orders, deliveries, and invoices
  • Create and verify weekly staff schedules
  • Enforce uniform compliance among all team members
  • Handle cash management and minimize wastage
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant
  • Implement marketing materials as per campaigns
  • Uphold safety protocols to prevent incidents
  • Foster a safe and customer-friendly environment
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a managerial role preferred
  • Familiarity with Subway® operations is a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Commitment to upholding high food and hygiene standards
