Responsibilities:

As a Full Time Unit Manager RN, you will:

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents/patients
• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of resident/patient care
• Develop and implement care plans
• Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and policies
• Supervise and support nursing staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of West Virginia
• 2-5 years of supervisory/management experience
• Previous experience in long-term care
