Rushford Center, part of the Hartford HealthCare network, is nationally recognized for our prevention, treatment, and recovery programs. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including Acute Care and Evaluation, Residential Addiction Treatment, Individual, Group & Family Therapy, Intensive Outpatient programs, and Community Support Programs. Job Responsibilities

• Analyze program needs, develop meaningful goals and objectives, and prioritize and resolve problems to ensure evidence-based, client-centered care.
• Supervise program coordinators and manage financial and staffing budgets.
• Foster positive customer service relationships and collaborate with community leaders.
• Ensure compliance with governing body standards.
• Provide feedback on grant applications.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current CT licensure as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
