Job Summary
As a Clinical Program Manager at Hartford HealthCare, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the behavioral health programs at Rushford Center. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT and experience in clinical work. Responsibilities
- Analyze program needs and develop meaningful goals and objectives
- Provide direct supervision to program coordinators
- Manage financial and staffing budgets
- Foster positive customer service relationships
- Collaborate with community leaders and organizational leadership
- Ensure compliance with governing body standards
- Provide feedback on grant applications
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Current CT licensure as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
