Job Summary

As a Clinical Program Manager at Hartford HealthCare, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the behavioral health programs at Rushford Center. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT and experience in clinical work. Responsibilities

• Analyze program needs and develop meaningful goals and objectives
• Provide direct supervision to program coordinators
• Manage financial and staffing budgets
• Foster positive customer service relationships
• Collaborate with community leaders and organizational leadership
• Ensure compliance with governing body standards
• Provide feedback on grant applications

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current CT licensure as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
