Responsibilities

• Analyze program needs and establish meaningful goals and objectives aligned with the organization's strategic goals
• Provide direct supervision to program coordinators
• Manage program budgets and allocate resources efficiently
• Foster positive customer service relationships and educate staff members on quality customer service
• Collaborate with community leaders and organizational leadership
• Ensure programs meet standards set by governing bodies
• Provide feedback on grant applications

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current CT licensure as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Minimum of 4 years' supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
