Responsibilities
- Analyze program needs and establish meaningful goals and objectives aligned with the organization's strategic goals
- Provide direct supervision to program coordinators
- Manage program budgets and allocate resources efficiently
- Foster positive customer service relationships and educate staff members on quality customer service
- Collaborate with community leaders and organizational leadership
- Ensure programs meet standards set by governing bodies
- Provide feedback on grant applications
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Current CT licensure as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Minimum of 4 years' supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
