As a Clinical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze program needs and develop meaningful goals and objectives that align with the organization's strategic goals
- Provide direct supervision to program coordinators
- Manage the program's financial and staffing budgets
- Foster positive customer service relationships and ensure quality customer service
- Attend program/system meetings and collaborate with community leaders
- Ensure program compliance with governing bodies' standards
- Provide feedback on grant applications
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Current CT licensure as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
