As a Clinical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze program needs and develop meaningful goals and objectives that align with the organization's strategic goals
• Provide direct supervision to program coordinators
• Manage the program's financial and staffing budgets
• Foster positive customer service relationships and ensure quality customer service
• Attend program/system meetings and collaborate with community leaders
• Ensure program compliance with governing bodies' standards
• Provide feedback on grant applications

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current CT licensure as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
