Job Summary:

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will supervise programs and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services. You will provide direct patient care based on individual needs, coordinate with various departments to meet milieu needs, and oversee services with collaborative providers. Additionally, you will improve program quality and productivity, implement departmental goals, and review documentation and medical records.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field (Social Work preferred)
  • 1 year of supervisory experience and clinical awareness
  • 5 years of direct clinical practice preferred
  • Current licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT or PsyD in the State of CT
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Understanding of external regulatory agencies and requirements
  • Ability to lead staff
  • Effective communication
  • LEAN daily management experience
  • Understanding of mental health and substance abuse
  • Awareness of local resources and internal/external systems
