Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze program needs and develop meaningful goals and objectives aligned with the organization's strategic vision.
  • Provide direct supervision to program coordinators.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Foster positive customer service relationships and educate staff on quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with community leaders and organizational leadership.
  • Ensure programs meet regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Provide feedback on grant applications as needed.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Current CT licensure as PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
  • Minimum of 4 years' supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work.
  • Strong multitasking skills and proficiency in Microsoft programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
