Responsibilities

• Engage in program analysis and develop meaningful goals and objectives that align with the organization's strategic goals.
• Supervise program coordinators and ensure effective and evidence-based care.
• Manage program budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Foster positive customer service relationships and address difficult interactions.
• Collaborate with community leaders and organizational leadership.
• Ensure program compliance with governing body standards.
• Provide feedback on grant applications as appropriate.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current CT licensure as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Minimum of 4 years' supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs with excellent communication skills.
