Role Summary
As a Clinical Program Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and success of Rushford Center's programs. Your key focus will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and client-centered care. You will manage program supervisors/coordinators, analyze program needs, develop goals and objectives, and oversee budgets and resources.
Responsibilities
- Analyze program needs and develop meaningful goals and objectives aligned with the organization's strategic goals
- Provide direct supervision to program coordinators
- Manage established financial and staffing budgets
- Foster positive customer service relationships and ensure quality customer service
- Collaborate with community leaders and stakeholders
- Ensure programs meet accreditation and regulatory standards
- Provide feedback on grant applications
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or related field
- Current CT licensure as one of the following: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
