Job Summary

As the Clinical Program Manager, you will oversee program supervisors/coordinators to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that align with specific program goals and objectives. You will be responsible for the overall operation of programs and accountable for providing efficient, quality care to all patients.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze program needs and develop meaningful goals and objectives that align with strategic goals
  • Directly supervise program coordinators
  • Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Foster positive customer service relationships and ensure customer needs are met
  • Collaborate with community leaders and organizational leadership
  • Ensure programs meet standards set by governing bodies
  • Provide feedback on grant applications

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work
  • Current CT licensure as PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
