Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze program needs and develop meaningful goals and objectives aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Prioritize, eliminate impediments, and resolve problems to ensure evidence-based, client-centered care.
- Provide direct supervision to program coordinators.
- Manage program budgets and allocate resources to meet department goals.
- Cultivate positive customer service relationships and ensure customers' needs are met.
- Collaborate with community leaders and organizational leadership.
- Ensure programs meet standards set by governing bodies and regulatory agencies.
- Provide feedback on grant applications.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work.
- Current CT licensure as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
