Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze program needs and develop meaningful goals and objectives aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Prioritize, eliminate impediments, and resolve problems to ensure evidence-based, client-centered care.
• Provide direct supervision to program coordinators.
• Manage program budgets and allocate resources to meet department goals.
• Cultivate positive customer service relationships and ensure customers' needs are met.
• Collaborate with community leaders and organizational leadership.
• Ensure programs meet standards set by governing bodies and regulatory agencies.
• Provide feedback on grant applications.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work.
• Current CT licensure as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
