As a Clinical Program Manager at Hartford HealthCare, you will:
- Analyze program needs and develop meaningful goals and objectives aligned with the organization's strategic goals
- Provide direct supervision to program coordinators
- Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Build and maintain positive customer service relationships
- Collaborate with community leaders and organizational leadership
- Ensure compliance with governing body standards
- Contribute to grant applications
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Current CT licensure as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Minimum of 4 years' supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
