Responsibilities:

• Evaluate drug literature and analyze experimental design and methodology to optimize drug therapy
• Support staff pharmacists and clinical specialists to ensure optimal patient care
• Participate in multidisciplinary patient care committees to enhance clinical pharmacy services
• Develop and implement metrics to measure the value of pharmacy clinical services
• Collaborate with system P&T Council and applicable system councils to develop drug regimens and protocols
• Coordinate ongoing clinical education for Pharmacy Staff and other care givers

Qualifications:

• Three (3) or more years of health-system pharmacist experience
• One (1) or more years of experience in a pharmacy leadership position or as a clinical pharmacist
• Licensed as a registered Pharmacist in Connecticut or eligible for licensure within 45 days
