This is an exciting opportunity to oversee therapy operations in our Midwest Division, which includes Southern Indiana, Missouri, and Ohio. As a Regional Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of therapy services and outcomes across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Assure all patient needs are met, treatment is well-documented, and good outcomes are achieved in the therapy departments during site visits
• Provide in-services and training to staff as requested
• Act as a resource for clinical program and caseload development
• Develop educational materials for rehab departments
• Provide documentation and billing training
• Complete quarterly documentation audits for each facility
• Schedule conference calls/meetings with therapy directors for communication and training
• Participate in responses to any denied therapy claims
• Ensure clinical, operational, and financial success in each designated facility
• Achieve optimal practice performance of therapy department through mentoring, problem-solving, and supervision
• Visit all assigned facilities and provide ongoing support via phone and email
• Participate in operations review calls with senior management
• Contribute to other senior management functions as needed to ensure company success

Qualifications

• Licensed as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or CCC-SLP
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Previous multi-site management experience
• 2-5 years of management experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Willingness to travel as necessary
