Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for Journey House program
• Oversee program operations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and manage program budget in collaboration with Finance
• Ensure program meets relevant licensing and accreditation standards
• Monitor and report on key quality improvement indicators
• Develop collaborative relationships with hospital, community, and state agencies
• Serve as a resource to senior leadership and management team
• Provide leadership and management for direct reports

Requirements

• Current CT licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or psychologist
• Master's Degree in Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with adolescent behavioral health population
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive clinical and administrative leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of clinical treatment modalities
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
