Summary:
Westpac Group is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Personal Banking Advisor to join our team in Gosford, NSW, Australia. As a Personal Banking Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with their everyday banking needs and identifying opportunities to enhance their financial well-being. This is a permanent part-time position with 37 hours per week, providing continuous support for your career growth.

Responsibilities:
As a Personal Banking Advisor, you will directly interact with customers, offering quality conversations to understand their financial needs. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with transactional and savings banking needs
- Proactively contacting existing customers via phone or email
- Referring customers to specialists when required
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in customer service, including sales
- The ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships
- Knowledge of business or financial services
