Our fleet of vehicles provides an exciting opportunity for a skilled Mechanic to join Avis Budget Group in Mascot, NSW. As part of our dynamic team at the NSW Service Centre, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a diverse range of vehicles. Your role will involve servicing vehicles according to manufacturers' specifications, identifying mechanical issues, ordering parts, completing repair orders, and ensuring a safe working environment. You will also be involved in general servicing of workshop equipment and recording job history accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Servicing vehicles and conducting repairs
• Monitoring inventory and ordering parts
• Performing diagnostic tests
• Maintaining job records and workshop equipment
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

• Full driver's license
• Trade qualification in Motor Mechanics
• Experience with petrol and diesel engines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and Occupational Health and Safety legislation
