Our client, a long-established multi-franchised dealership, is looking for an experienced Business Manager / F&I Manager to join their busy finance department. In this role, you will use your strong sales, closing, and organizational skills to provide top-notch service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing finance and insurance sales for new car purchases
• Building strong relationships with customers and banks
• Presenting and selling finance and insurance products
• Assisting customers with loan and insurance applications
• Maximizing profitability through upselling and add-on products

We are seeking a candidate who is reliable, hardworking, and customer-oriented. You should have a pleasant and friendly personality, excellent presentation skills, and a track record of delivering exceptional results. In return, you will receive a competitive salary package, including a retainer of up to $80k (depending on experience), superannuation, and a commission structure that can earn you up to $150k OTE. We also provide a company car or car allowance.
