As the owner of the PPE business within our Marketplace team, you will play a critical role in developing and growing this aspect of our global business. You will be responsible for managing the PPE P&L, supplier and stocking strategy, and Go To Market strategy across different regions. Your expertise and collaboration with different business units will help our customers operate this part of the business effectively. Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the growth of the Personal Protective Equipment business within the SafetyCulture Marketplace team.
• Manage the PPE P&L, supplier relationships, and stocking strategy for different regions.
• Develop and execute the Go To Market strategy for PPE products.
• Collaborate with other business units to ensure seamless integration and optimal customer experience.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in managing the Personal Protective Equipment category, preferably in a global capacity.
• Strong understanding of PPE regulations and safety standards.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify market trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
