Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Category Manager to join our team at HP Development Company. As a Category Manager for Consumer Notebooks in the ANZ region, you will play a critical role in product line management, defining business plans, and driving growth strategies. Collaborating closely with sales teams, you will ensure the seamless execution of category plans while monitoring key performance indicators and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall engagement with one or several sales teams, collaborating with marketing, sales, and finance to execute category plans
• Monitor KPIs and sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans
• Provide expert guidance and directions for process improvements and policies
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and data, translating insights into actionable improvements
• Build strong relationships and represent the team at a senior level with the sales force and other partners
• Take responsibility for product line and quota management
• Oversee functional responsibilities in areas such as market analysis and marketing engagement
• Lead partnership engagements with external IT vendors

Education & Experience

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 7-10 years of work experience in category management, P&L management, or a related field
