Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision to the nursing team during weekend shifts
• Ensure that all patient care activities comply with regulatory standards and best practices
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct regular assessments of patient condition, update medical records, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide direct patient care as needed

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of previous long-term care and supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
