Details

Responsibilities:

• Conduct otoscopic exams using mobile audiology equipment and interpret diagnostic results.
• Diagnose and treat hearing issues, including pure tone and speech audiometry testing.
• Perform testing, tuning, repairing, and fitting/replacing hearing aids.
• Recommend appropriate follow-up and care options for patients.
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff on hearing matters.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support the development of overall service.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Audiology or a related field.
• Valid license to practice as a Hearing Care Specialist.
• Experience delivering hearing care services and working with diverse patient populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages.
