Summary
Hartford HealthCare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Technologist to join our Radiology team. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures using ultrasound waves to examine tissue and body structures. You will provide high-quality images for radiologists and physicians to interpret, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment plans. This position involves a mix of day and evening shifts.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound procedures on patients, including abdominal, pelvic, gynecologic, small parts, Doppler studies, and interventional procedures
- Utilize an understanding of growth and development principles to assess each patient's individual age-specific needs
- Provide individualized treatment and care to patients
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to ensure accurate interpretation of images
Qualifications
- Registered or registry eligible with ARDMS/RDMS
- Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Program
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain continuing education credits
