Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric triage and assessment for patients referred by providers and callers seeking mental health support
• Conduct comprehensive admission assessments, collecting relevant personal, medical, and social history
• Utilize diagnostic criteria to develop initial impressions and treatment plans
• Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and case management contacts according to regulatory and compliance criteria
• Verify insurance benefits and schedule patient appointments
• Collect and organize data for performance improvement measures and projects
• Provide clinical and administrative support to clinicians
• Interact with patients and their families in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Follow safety protocols and promote a safe environment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling
• Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license required
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
