Summary: Valet Living is seeking a dedicated and reliable Trash Collector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and transporting trash from residents' doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor at apartment communities. This is a part-time evening position that offers flexible hours and the opportunity to earn extra income. Details:

• Drive your own open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
• Collect and transport trash bags from residents' doorsteps
• Use our company's mobile app to document service
• Work in multiple apartment communities within a 10-15 minute drive
• Typically work Sunday through Thursday, 2-4 hour shifts starting at either 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm
• Part-time position offering 10-15+ hours per week

Responsibilities:

As a Trash Collector, your main responsibilities will include:

• Using your own pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer to collect and transport trash bags from residents' doorsteps
• Documenting each service using our company's mobile app

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name (or listed as a driver on the policy)
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Capable of walking the distance of the property and being exposed to disagreeable odors
• Ability to climb up and down staircases multiple times throughout the evening
• Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app
• No prior experience necessary; we provide paid training from day one
