Role and Responsibilities:

As a Surgical Technologist (CST), your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing service and support before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Arranging surgical equipment and supplies in the operating room.
• Assisting the surgeon during operations.
• Cleaning and maintaining the operating room.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Completion of a surgical technician program.
• Certification through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
• Knowledge of various surgical procedures and the ability to anticipate surgeon's needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strict adherence to policies and regulations regarding maintenance of sterile field.
