• Shift Details: 2 - 12 hour shifts per week. Hours of 6:45pm - 7:15am. Rotating weekends and holidays.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients in crisis situations.

• Advocate for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
• Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrate highly effective verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of Connecticut.
• Previous RN experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Strong self-direction in the management of patient care.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
