- Job Shift: Shift 3
- Shift Details: 2 - 12 hour shifts per week. Hours of 6:45 pm - 7:15 am. Rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
As a Staff RN in crisis services, you will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, you will utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement care plans based on the individual needs of patients and their families.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in crisis situations and providing immediate care
- Managing multiple priorities in a high volume environment
- Effectively communicating with patients and colleagues
- Solving problems independently
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- BSN preferred
- Current RN license in the state of Connecticut
- Previous RN experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume environment
- Self-directed in the management of patient care
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Independent problem-solving skills
