• Job Shift: Shift 3
• Shift Details: 2 - 12 hour shifts per week. Hours of 6:45 pm - 7:15 am. Rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

As a Staff RN in crisis services, you will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, you will utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement care plans based on the individual needs of patients and their families.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in crisis situations and providing immediate care
• Managing multiple priorities in a high volume environment
• Effectively communicating with patients and colleagues
• Solving problems independently

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• BSN preferred
• Current RN license in the state of Connecticut
• Previous RN experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume environment
• Self-directed in the management of patient care
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
• Independent problem-solving skills
