• Job Shift: Shift 3
• Shift Details: 2 - 12 hour shifts per week. Hours of 645pm - 715am. Rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Responsibilities

As a Staff RN for Crisis Services, you will work in a collaborative environment with a strong interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and following the State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and medical staff directives.
• Developing a plan of care that meets the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of the patient and their family.
• Providing patient-centered care and advocating for the best possible outcomes.
• Managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrating highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Solving problems independently and making sound clinical judgments.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• BSN preferred
• Current RN license in the state of Connecticut
• Previous RN experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Self-directed in the management of patient care
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
• Independent problem-solving skills
