- Job Shift: Shift 3
- Shift Details: 2 - 12 hour shifts per week. Hours of 645pm - 715am. Rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Responsibilities
As a Staff RN for Crisis Services, you will work in a collaborative environment with a strong interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing evidence-based practices and following the State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and medical staff directives.
- Developing a plan of care that meets the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of the patient and their family.
- Providing patient-centered care and advocating for the best possible outcomes.
- Managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrating highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Solving problems independently and making sound clinical judgments.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- BSN preferred
- Current RN license in the state of Connecticut
- Previous RN experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Self-directed in the management of patient care
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Independent problem-solving skills
