Summary

Synchrony Health Services, a leading provider of long-term care, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Cypress Pointe Health Campus in Englewood, OH. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine the needs and goals of patients
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and their families on speech and language exercises and techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

• Active or pending Speech Therapy/SLPCCC or Speech Interim state license
• Proven track record of successful patient care experience
• Experience working with a geriatric population preferred
