Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine the speech and language needs of residents
• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions
• Monitoring and documenting progress
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Active or pending Speech Therapy/SLPCCC or Speech Interim state license
• Proven track record of successful patient care experience
• Experience working with a geriatric population preferred
