Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist, your responsibilities will include:

• Independently evaluating patients' level of function
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment goals and plans
• Restoring and rehabilitating disorders of communication, cognition, and swallowing
• Applying speech therapy techniques to maximize patients' safety and independence

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you need:

• Master's Degree, Clinical Doctorate or PhD in Speech Language Pathology
• Current State of Connecticut license in Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Approved Clinical Fellowship plan from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
