Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Cumming is a unique facility where you can provide specialized speech-language treatment to patients recovering from stroke, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, joint replacements, multiple trauma, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions. • Providing speech-language treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines.

• Delegating tasks and supervising fellows, technicians, and assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language treatment and patient care following hospital, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines.

Requirements:

• Current state licensure or certification.
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Successful completion of an accredited master's degree program or an accredited bachelor's degree program with sufficient experience in the field.
• Demonstrated competence in speech-language pathology evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
• Effective communication skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers.
