As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing department in a long-term care facility. - Schedule: Full-time Days; On-call As Needed

- Salary Midpoint: $106,080.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Direct services, workflow, and resources for the assigned long-term care nursing area.
- Develop departmental goals and objectives consistent with medical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements.
- Plan, organize, and evaluate all clinical services and programs to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Coordinate and direct internal and external audits.
- Monitor admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- BLS Provider preferred.
- Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences
- Long Term Care Experience Preferred
