We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Hartford HealthCare. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with respiratory deficiencies and abnormalities. If you are licensed and hold RRT and/or CRT, including new graduates, you are eligible for a sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory care procedures, management, rehabilitation, and diagnostic evaluations
• Administer oxygen, medical gases, aerosolized medications, positive pressure breathing devices, and ventilators
• Conduct pulmonary diagnostic procedures and assessments
• Provide individualized age-specific treatments and care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and ensure quality service delivery

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor Degree from an AMA approved Respiratory program
• CRT certification required, RRT certification preferred
• State of CT Respiratory Care Practitioner license required
• BLS certification required
