We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Hartford HealthCare. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with respiratory deficiencies and abnormalities. If you are licensed and hold RRT and/or CRT, including new graduates, you are eligible for a sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities
- Perform respiratory care procedures, management, rehabilitation, and diagnostic evaluations
- Administer oxygen, medical gases, aerosolized medications, positive pressure breathing devices, and ventilators
- Conduct pulmonary diagnostic procedures and assessments
- Provide individualized age-specific treatments and care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and ensure quality service delivery
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor Degree from an AMA approved Respiratory program
- CRT certification required, RRT certification preferred
- State of CT Respiratory Care Practitioner license required
- BLS certification required
